Canada's public broadcaster, CBC, has made several significant announcements recently. It has appointed Ms. Yang as head of digital originals, which includes small-scale dramatic productions. Additionally, the CBC has published a special report analyzing the recent midterm elections in the United States. Furthermore, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation is negotiating with Germany for the purchase of submarines, with initial orders for eight and potential future orders for four more. Defence analysts warn that reducing submarine commitments could impact Canada's influence with suppliers.
